EXPERIENCE
Once your session is booked, I will send you a prep guide and questionnaire to help you prepare and plan for your newborn session. Each session lasts about 3 hours at my home studio. All backdrops, wraps, newborn outfits and props are provided for your session. Recliners are available for the family to relax while I care for your sweet baby.
I come into each session with a general plan to keep baby as comfortable and sleepy as possible but your baby will dictate the flow of the session based on their preferences. We will stop and allow for plenty of time for feedings and diaper changes. If a baby is uncomfortable in a prop or pose I will not force baby into the prop or pose. Parents are able to help select wraps and props for their session.
About 2-3 weeks after the newborn session, I invite the family to come back for an Image Premiere where you will view your images for the first time and for Product Design where I will help you design and have your images printed with a professional lab.
Photo Products
Well-crafted photo products are designed to withstand the test of time. Unlike digital files that may be subject to technological changes or loss, printed photos and products can endure, ensuring that your memories remain intact and accessible.
I work with each family to custom design your photo products so you don't have to worry about doing it without an expert's help. I offer a variety of heirloom quality photo products such as lay flat albums, canvases and mini accordion books. I believe that your newborn photos should last and that's why I offer photo products that will stay with you for generations to come.
Investment
All sessions include a prep guide, questionnaires and planning prior to the session, a newborn photo shoot lasting about 3 hours, individual poses of newborn that are wrapped and unwrapped; on a posing table and in props. Family and sibling posing is included if applicable and wanted. An Image Premiere and Product Design session is scheduled 2-3 weeks after the newborn session.
Digital images and photo products are separate from the session retainer. Several packages are offered as well as a la carte options. Minimum investment of digital images and photo products is $350. There are a variety of packages that include a combination of heirloom quality photo products and high resolution digital images to fit your needs.
